Our Story

I would like to take a moment to introduce myself and tell you a little bit about what Emma Parker & Co. is and how it came to be.
Emma Parker & Co. was originally conceived by two long-time friends. Seth and I (Tim) met in 1997 while attending law school, and immediately formed a fast friendship. Although both Seth and I were always very interested in starting a business together, the opportunity did not materialize until 2007.
By this time, Seth, a respected attorney, running his own practice in the state of California, and I, a professional in the diamond and jewelry industry in New York, began to discuss the possibility of forming a company.
I was growing more and more disheartened at the level of customer service that I saw in the industry, as well as the selfish motivation of many retailers seeking to sell the products that were best for them to sell, but not necessarily the best for the customer to buy. I was convinced that, by starting my own company, we could bring a level of service to the customer that would be unmatched in the industry.
The goal I have set for the Emma Parker Team is one of service. Every member of our staff is dedicated to providing the highest level of service possible. We care a great deal about our clients, and demonstrate this with prompt responses, carefully listening to your requests, guiding and advising on products but never pushing, dealing with the highest level of honesty, and standing behind our products with some of the strongest policies available in the industry.
I am also pleased to be able to help our clients to make wise decisions with regards to their diamond purchases. As a former diamond buyer, my extensive experience with hand selecting diamonds using a variety of modern technologies as well as the human eye has become very adept. With much background firmly grounded in the study of the cut of diamonds, and the factors that affect light return, brilliance, and sparkle, I have guided many couples through their purchases with outstanding results.
In addition, every item you find on Emma Parker & Co. was selected personally by me. From our beautiful designer lines, such as Leo Ingwer, Gabriel, and more; to our unbranded jewelry lines, each piece has been hand picked for its beauty and character.
